About Us
Our goal at Informed Project Management (IPM) is to take the mystery out of construction schedules for owners and project managers. Making sure you are informed on your critical path, including any changes to the path, as well as leading or lagging project indicators that may affect it. This allows you to adjust course where necessary and increase profitability by identifying change and mitigating risk, especially to the critical path of your project schedule.
We do all this often without the full-time costs of a dedicated schedule resource. IPM has a small team of dedicated scheduling resources, and we are prepared to support all your scheduling needs as well as schedule integration into your project controls.
Les Lefebvre
Les Lefebvre is the Director and lead scheduler for IPM. He is a Red Seal Journeyman electrician and a professional construction scheduler. He has over 12 years experience with building and maintaining complex, resource loaded and multi discipline P6 construction schedules in many different industries. This, along with years of working from the field level through to management in various construction projects gives him an intimate knowledge of where to look for delays and impacts to project schedule and critical path. In addition to P6, he has recently spent almost three years working with Tilos linear scheduling for pipelines and road work supporting one of the largest projects in Canadian history.

Schedule & Delay Consulting
IPM can analyze your construction schedule and assist in determining where your schedule was impacted by delays, what type of delays as well as how this would impact your critical path. We also analyze resource loading and help determine if there were any productivity impacts during construction.
